DESCRIPTION:Under the regulations\, a DOT DER MUST know how to manage its drug and alcohol testing program and the rules and regulations surrounding DOT Drug Alcohol Testing. \n\nThis LIVE virtual training is geared to help employees better understand Drug Testing and their roles and responsibilities under the DOT Regulations 49 CFR Part 40 and 382. DESCRIPTION:Fulfill your U.S. DOT requirements for 2 hours and 15 minutes of Drug and Alcohol Supervisor training without leaving your desk! Our training sessions are conducted by Concorde’s General Counsel Yoni Hirt. \n\nConcorde’s interactive format is led by a LIVE trainer that engages the participants.\nYour supervisors will learn about the reaction’s substance abusers are most likely to employ against them during a confrontation. A multitude of role-plays throughout the session will teach your supervisors how to nullify these strategies and put the supervisor back in control of the situation. Management techniques will also be useful for other disciplinary scenarios to ensure the best result possible for your supervisors\, the employee\, and the company.\nGeneral Sessions are held monthly. Only $65 per participant. After passing the exam\, a certificate will be issued.\nCompany Specific Training -available upon request.
