All records, hard copy and electronic, are maintained in compliance with the Privacy Act, 5 USC 552a as well as other applicable laws and Concorde's own corporate policy. Concorde's corporate office in Philadelphia, PA is an electronically secured facility at all times. All employees who have access to Concorde's office have been rigorously screened and have signed non-disclosure agreements to ensure our client's confidentiality.
