The DQ-it Enterprise level provides a secure, fully supported web-based platform and backend support system to maintain your Company's DQ Files electronically.

With DQ-it Enterprise, Concorde takes on the responsibility for the compliance of the DQ Files. This means that if your Company ever has an audit and is fined for problems with the DQ Files, Concorde will provide a credit for the sum of the fines (subject to Terms and Conditions).

Box your files up -- and be done with it

• Getting started is as easy as boxing your driver files up and sending them to Concorde. We will not ask you to prepare the files ahead of time, just send them and leave the rest to us!
• DQF Audit Specialist: A trained DQF point of contact at Concorde that will be responsible for your Company's files. The Audit Specialist will be responsible for making sure every file is compliant and communicating back to the company when files need to be fixed. 
• Anytime Audit: Request a 200% review of any location's files and receive a written report detailing the compliance level of the files.
• Each year you will receive a comprehensive DQ-it Compliance Report from Concorde detailing our findings from a Location, Region, and Corporate Level.
• Exclusive access to up to five, 45 minute trainings for your supervisors on state and/or federal DQ regulations.
• DQ-it Enterprise includes a Level 2 review of all documents sent through DQ-it.

What is a Level 2 Review? This review includes a 1st and 2nd review of all documents to make sure the correct documents are in the driver file, documents are legible, the correct expiration dates are set, and the forms are complete with dates and signatures. It also includes a more in depth review to make sure that every file is compliant with Part 391of the FMCSA Regulations.

DQ-it-Enterprise Drive-thru 

• Access to the DQ-it web-based software and all of the features
• You send updates to Concorde by e-mail, fax or mail.
• Concorde creates company specific forms and/or will review your current forms for Part 391 compliance.
• Concorde images the files, performs a Level 1 review of every document
• Concorde manages the system, account setup, driver files, and individual documents
• Concorde creates personalized DQF Packages
• Concorde is ultimately responsible for managing DQF compliance
• You are entitled to one company/site audit per year
