A robust Motor Vehicle Record ordering system that not only provides an engine for online ordering but also tracks, manages, and stores MVRs for all of your drivers within their own driver profile.

How Does DQ-it MVR Work?

• Streamline and Automate your MVR ordering process from a consolidated order entry page.
• Order Multiple MVRs from a single order entry page and view all of the results as soon as they are delivered back.
• Individual Driver Profile Pages helps organize your MVRs more effectively. DQ-it will create a driver profile page for each driver. The drivers can be assigned to specific location or can be under a single corporate location name. The difference between the two options determines access and reporting capabilities.
• Adding New Drivers is only a copy and paste away. The driver files can easily be created with a copy and paste of an Excel spreadsheet or data extraction of your companies payroll or HRIS system(s).
• Online MVR Image Storage: An easy to use online ordering form generates the MVR reports and allows the user to view the results directly from the order screen. The report is also automatically stored in the driver's profile page as a PDF document.
• Expiration Notifications. Each MVR stored in DQ-it is given a document date and an expiration date, which triggers the daily notification e-mails.

MVR Ordering Options -- Single vs. Batch

Single MVR Ordering
From any driver's profile page, users can order a single motor vehicle record at anytime. This feature is useful for any new driver's added to the system as well as ordering MVRs for driver's that require more than just an Annual MVR.

Batch MVR Ordering
The batch MVR ordering feature offers an efficient method for ordering multiple Annual MVRs from a single screen. The batch MVR ordering page will display all of the drivers for the location currently being worked on by the user. By simply checking a box next the the driver(s) name, an MVR will be ordered and automatically stored as a PDF in the driver profile page.
