Online DOT Supervisor Training The Federal Government requires employers to ensure that CDL driver supervisors receive at least 60 minutes of training on alcohol misuse and 60 minutes of training on controlled substance abuse.
Overview Concorde's entertaining and highly interactive online training session, conducted by Concorde CEO Stephen Rosenzweig, fulfills all DOT and FMCSA requirements as well as provides a wealth of useful information for supervisors.
Training Format Concorde's training is a live, online program utilizing the latest in web-based meeting technology. We designed the online format to be highly interactive; using both role play and Q&A sessions within the 2-hour format, so that participants would receive a unique classroom experience.
In order to achieve the classroom environment, we require all participants to be logged in at their individual computer. This allows the trainer to call on participants for role play sessions as well as allow the trainer to better manage the attention of the audience via our Attention Tracker software. Since this is a LIVE training, session dates and times may vary.
Your supervisors will learn about the reactions substance abusers are most likely to employ against them during a confrontation. A multitude of role-plays throughout the session will teach your supervisors how to nullify these strategies and put the supervisor back in control of the situation.
Training Registration Visit Concorde's Online Training Center to browse upcoming training sessions. Each session is limited to 50 participants, requires participant registration, and participant payment.
Training Fee: $50 per participant
Company Specific Training Concorde can also produce Company specific training sessions for your organization. This can be done with a 2-hour session or a 4-hour session that will also include review of the Company policy and Concorde's role in the substance abuse program. Concorde has found over the years that many supervisors are unaware of what their own company's policy states regarding Reasonable Suspicion. Contact Josh Rosenzweig josh@concorde2000.com for more information.
