That is why Concorde goes to great lengths to provide advanced security systems not only in our technology but also in our Quality Control System. Privacy and Security is Concorde's #1 priority, which is why we even exceed government requirements.
Technical Security Concorde's primary defense against identity theft and containment of sensitive information are our web-based software applications. Concorde's system provides a secure, 128 bit encrypted website to accept requests for services and report results to our clients.

-
All data is stored in a secure data center, which is co-located at Iron Mountain Storage for security and redundancy.
-
Every user must have an individual password. No shared accounts or passwords are permitted.
-
Every attempted login is time stamped with date, time, user ID, and IP address.
-
Concorde's Employment Screening Software (ESS) requires as separate login and password and is isolated from Concorde's other systems.
