Security & Privacy

At Concorde, we are well aware of the sensitivity of the information that is generated from the services we provide. That is why Concorde goes to great lengths to provide advanced security systems not only in our technology but also in our Quality Control System. Privacy and security is Concorde's highest priority, which is why we even exceed government requirements.

Technical Security

All of Concorde’s web-based software applications are hosted internally with procedures in place to guard against identity theft and containment of sensitive information. Concorde's system provides a secure, 128 bit encrypted website to accept requests for services and report results to our clients.

Examples of Concorde's security features include:

  • Websites protected by firewalls at all times.
  • Strong passwords that must be changed every 90 days.
  • A secure data center, which is co-located for security and redundancy.
  • Unique passwords for every user; no shared accounts or passwords are permitted.
  • Tracking for every attempted login by date, time, user ID, and IP address.

Facility Security

All records and data relating to drug and alcohol testing, employee screening, and medical services are handled and stored with the highest level of security and privacy. All records, hard copy and electronic, are maintained in compliance with the Privacy Act, 5 USC 552a as well as other applicable laws and Concorde's own corporate policy. Concorde does not share information without the expressed written consent of the client or the individual.

Concorde's corporate office in Philadelphia, PA is an electronically secured facility at all times. All employees who have access to Concorde's office have been rigorously screened and have signed non-disclosure agreements to ensure our client's confidentiality.
